This gift card is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue or last reload.

This gift card cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash.

This gift card can be redeemed for part value.

If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card amount, the customer who redeemed the gift card must pay the difference.

Replacement/compensation for lost gift cards is not allowed/paid.

Damaged or defaced gift cards will not be respected.

All disputes are under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts and the losing party shall pay all costs and expenses incurred by the other party in such cases.

Once a gift card has been sold, it cannot be returned or refunded.
